1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver our products within West Bengal, India.
If your location is outside our serviceable area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund your order.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Local / Metro Areas: 2–4 business days

  • Other Regions: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier efficiency, and your location.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping: We offer free delivery across all region within West Bengal.

Any additional taxes or customs duties (for other region deliveries) will be the responsibility of the customer.
